Refund & Cancellation Policy

A free 1-month trial period with a complimentary usage quota is provided to all new users. You are encouraged to evaluate the service during this period.
If you choose a paid subscription, it will be billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
By continuing your subscription, you authorize recurring automatic billing until you cancel.
Our payment process is conducted by our payment processor Paddle. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles refunds.
You may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, where applicable. Refunds will be handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Usage limits included in your plan apply only to the active billing period. Unused quotas do not roll over.
