Integration

How do I know if integration is successful? ▼
After adding your domain in setup and installing the analytics script, check the Recent Activity section in your dashboard. Activities should appear within 5 minutes if integration is successful.
Can I analyse traffic from multiple websites under same account?
Yes. Using namespaces, you can analyze traffic from up to three websites under the same account, as long as they belong to the same domain.

For example, if you have:
  • www.xyz.com
  • app.xyz.com
  • blog.xyz.com
You can use the default analytics script (without any ns attribute) on the main website (www.xyz.com). For the other websites, create separate namespaces (for example, app and blog) and use the corresponding scripts on those sites.

If you have only one website, you can simply use the default script and no namespaces are required.Namespace concept doesn't apply to you.

Subscription

How does the free trial work?
You get a 1-month free trial with 100,000 total pageview and click events quota. No credit card required. Trial starts when you register.
What happens when my trial ends?
Analytics collection stops, but your existing aggregated data remains accessible to you for 150 days. Subscribe to any paid plan to resume analytics collection and regain full access to your dashboard.
How do I choose the right subscription plan?
During your trial, monitor your quota usage in Account Settings. Choose a plan that comfortably covers your monthly pageview and click volume.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. For plan upgrades and downgrades, contact us at hi@planosys.com. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Why is the Subscribe button sometimes disabled?
You can have only one active paid subscription at a time. If you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. During this period, the Subscribe button may appear disabled.

Analytics

Why doesn't Recent Activity match dashboard analytics?
Dashboard metrics are refreshed every ~20 minutes. Recent Activity shows the latest 5 events in near real-time visits for quick monitoring and always ignores the selected time range. Minor mismatches are normal.
Do "Last 7 days" and "Last 30 days" include today's data?
No, these filters show data from previous complete days only. Use the "Today" filter to view current day's analytics data.
Will Planosys slow down my website?
No, our analytics script is lightweight (~4KB) and loads asynchronously. It won't impact your website's performance or user experience.
